Bi-fold (or accordion folding) door systems are transforming contemporary Kerala architecture. Unlike traditional sliding doors that always keep at least 50% of the opening glazed, bi-fold doors concertina neatly to one or both sides, providing up to a 90% clear opening.
Seamless Veranda & Courtyard Transitions
Whether connecting a living room to a central courtyard or opening a master bedroom to a scenic balcony, bi-fold doors remove visual boundaries. Vitco 50mm and 68mm bi-fold systems feature top-hung heavy-duty stainless steel carriages that glide smoothly without bottom-track jamming.
Flush Bottom Track Options for Barrier-Free Access
Fenestro Engineers fabricates recessed floor tracks that sit flush with floor tiles, eliminating trip hazards for children and elderly family members while maintaining effective weather-strip seals.
